Welcome to LifePilot! By using our app (“App”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

By accessing or using LifePilot, you agree to comply with these Terms. We may update them at any time, and continued use means you accept any changes.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use LifePilot.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent or harmful activity.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Account & Data

• We use Auth0 for authentication. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for the data you enter into the App.
• We store data on servers in Australia and follow industry-standard security practices.

4. Limitations of Liability

• LifePilot is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or inaccurate goal tracking results.
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our control.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be available in the App.
